Kasbah Camps will be set up for the Pushkar Fair from the 22nd October 2009 to 5th November 2009! Pushkar, a town known for housing the world’s only Brahma temple transforms itself into a hub of festivity during the world renowned Pushkar Fair. What began primarily as a camel and cattle trading event, is today a showcase of the myriad faces of Rajasthan. From it colourful clothing and jewellery to its delectable food and music, the Pushkar Fair is Rajasthani culture at its best.
Like an oasis in the desert Kasbah offers the rest and rejuvenation your body would need during and after a day in the Pushkar sun. It is here that Kasbah is setting up camp during the Pushkar Fair.
CAMP DINOSAUR - BALASINOR
Camp Dinosaur - A JV of Kasbah Camps & Garden Palace Heritage Homestays is being set up at Balasinor, Gujarat from the 15th August 2009 till 10th October 2009 and onwards of 12th November 2009. Balasinor is a town in Gujarat near the world famous Dinosaur Fossil Park at Raiyoli. This site is believed to be one of the third largest dinosaur fossil excavation sites in the world! One can see the 65 million year old fossilized bones and eggs at the site! It is going to be an experience of a lifetime!Come and experience a touch of royalty staying with the Balasinor royals and this prehistoric site!
